Pay My Rent
Rent is due fortnightly in advance on a Monday. You may
pay weekly or monthly by arrangement, as long as you pay in advance
and not in arrears. Rent is payable for 50 weeks of the year, with
two rent free weeks at Christmas and New Year. A payment
calendar is available from the Company on request.
Rent can be paid in any of the following ways:
If you
hold a debit card from any UK bank you can pay your bills via the Internet
free of charge, go to http://www.billpayment.co.uk/
and register for this service. The registration process is
straightforward; if you need any help please contact a member of
the Customer Support Team. Please remember that you'll need to have
the bills you wish to pay to hand, as you will be required to enter
your Customer Reference Number.
Direct Debit or Standing Order to Weymouth &
Portland Housing
If you have a bank or building society account, Direct
Debit, or Standing Order, is the quick, efficient and secure
way to pay your rent. We calculate how much rent you need to pay
each month and agree this with you in advance of the first payment.
On the first of each month your rent payment is taken automatically
from your bank account and paid into your rent account at WPH. Call

By Telephone
You can call one of our
Customer Services Assistants on 01305 206922 and make a payment
over the telephone using your visa/debit card.
At The Post Office
You will need to produce your rent payment card and
you can pay by cash, debit card or cheque (made payable to Post
Office Ltd).
PayZone
Located at various
local retail shops. Simply take your rent payment card and
cash to your nearest PayZone outlet. Tell the retailer how much you
want to pay who will process your payment on the terminal. Please
keep your PayZone receipts as proof of payment.
