Lifeline... peace of mind, provided by a simple and effective service.

 

Available to any person who wishes to remain independent, this service is often vital for those who may need assistance in an emergency. Although mainly used by older people, this service also provides great peace of mind to younger vulnerable people, whether able bodied or with a disability, it is there to offer help in a wide range of situations, e.g. domestic violence, witness protection service.

 

 

Lifeline ... the equipment

The Lifeline consists of a telephone and pendant which, when pressed, automatically dials through to the Control Centre, which is manned 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. It is available as replacement telephone or it can be used in conjunction with your own telephone, so there is no need to change your telephone number or equipment. Each unit has a powerful amplifier and microphone enabling the alarm to be activated from 100 yards away. All you need is a modern BT socket and a 13 amp electrical socket close by.

 

Rental of the Lifeline Unit is £194.40 per year.

This equates to £16.20 by monthly Direct Debit (for the full year) and £3.74 weekly. There is no charge for a demonstration or an installation and we guarantee to respond to any fault with the unit or pendant within 24 hours of notification.
